Real change comes from clearing and accessing the power of our own depths.  In this way, we can live our life and love others from our whole being.  We know from mystical traditions and quantum physics that everything is interconnected through a web of consciousness and awareness.  In Part Two, we investigate how our body, mind, and heart unite to navigate this relational territory. 

After 8 years of leading groups, we know that when people come to a Sound Accord workshop, they feel better, more capable and connected, and able to live from a place of well being, awareness, and responsiveness. By examining how we construct our reality, this workshop provides a chance to reconfigure how we operate.

SCHEDULE INFORMATION
Friday: Registration 6:30pm, program from 7-9:30                                 Saturday: 9am - 5 pm, 7-9 pm
Sunday: 9:30am - 3pm
 
THINGS TO BRING (additional items TBA)
1. A journal/notebook and writing materials.
2.  A small quartz for Friday evening
3.  Your own covered mug and water bottle, thermos or snacks, esp. if you have special dietary needs. Cold and hot water and coffee and tea will be available.
4.  Blanket, shawl, pillow, or whatever you  need for your comfort during meditation.
5. Comfy clothing in layers for movement and  for enjoying walks, etc.
6. Balance of class fee, if you have not paid it.
