TranceDance is shamanic journeying in movement using rhythm, breathwork, a blindfold & dancing in darkness to stimulate a soul healing 'trance' state that promotes spiritual awakening, mental clarity, guidance & emotional well-being.

TranceDance: Soul Restoration’s focus is to revive our Soul power by detoxifying us of cultural contamination through creative & catalytic practices. Non-ordinary times call for non-ordinary states of revelation and transformation.
